British Honduras 1891 – provisional local surcharge 6c on 10c on 4d lilac.
Both surcharges in black, unused example showing the rare variety “6 and bar inverted.”
The stamp has fresh, bright color and perfect original gum, with no faults or repairs.
This is an exceptionally rare stamp, seldom seen on the market.
Accompanied by a Holcombe certificate (1991).
